When air con is on during the class period, at least one door on the corridor side of the classroom should remain open for ventilation, and to maintain the CO2 level lower than 1,000ppm inside the classroom as required.

In the every dorm room on the 7th and 8th floors of Wen-Ruey Hall, the glass door to the balcony should be kept open for a 10-cm width to let in the air for ventilation.

After every hour, one door should be opened for 5 minutes to maintain the required CO2 level. The rule of not turning on air con when the temperature has not reached 28°C remains the same.
  6. In the library, windows of the toilette areas on every floor should be kept open for ventilation to meet standards for fresh air and air quality in the instant monitor system of the Library building, namely the indoor CO2 level should not exceed 1,000ppm.

During the epidemic prevention period, the Office of General Affairs will enhance monitoring CO2 level and ensure keeping it at one lower than 1,000ppm in addition to regular cleaning of dust screens. To cope with the requirements from the Office of Student Affairs, related personnel will patrol to check if all faculty members and students wear masks when air con is on.
