為讓『請款/核銷』之請款人及受款人明確了解款項何時匯入您指定的帳戶及款項明目，即日起申請之款項若已確定匯款，將由系統通知申請人及受款人。
 

 受款人為本校教職員工，將通知至學校之電子郵件地址；受款人非本校職員工，請於請款新增受款人資料時，務必填寫電子郵件地址，如已建檔之受款人需增加電子郵件地址者，得向出納組或會計室申請開放受款人資料維護，受款人如無填寫電子郵件將無法提供此服務。
 

受款人為本校教職員工，在『請款/核銷作業』系統尚無建置受款人資料時，請於新增受款人資料時以『查詢帶入』方式將資料帶入，即會帶入受款人玉山帳號及所有必填資訊。
